Immigration II: Worse than the First

Like a “B” movie monster that will not stay dead no matter how many stakes it gets in the heart, the immigration bill in the Senate is being revived and re-animated. This putrefied piece of failed policies and ill-fitting parts holds the promise of eliminating illegal immigration by decriminalizing border crossings and mainstreaming millions of “undocumented Americans”.

As a token of political cover, it is theorized that some amendments will be allowed with the intention that they will be removed if the bill gets into conference committee. Passage will forever doom the Republican Party, as we have known it since the Reagan Revolution, to minority status by giving the vote to people who will be permanently enslaved as wards of the Democrat Plantation.

Once they realize that they were duped, the Republicans may try to salvage their party by taking advantage of the fissure between Blacks and Latinos on the one hand and organized labor and low wageworkers on the other. If the Dems totally botch the splits in their coalition, the Republicans might embrace Organized Labor as the lesser or two evils and morph into an America First party and dump a stand for capitalism and free enterprise in favor of a more pragmatic and country club approach.

At that point we will be on the path of decay and destruction that Europe has been of for many decades. America will eventually decline as the result of its corrupt political class. The “Greatest Generation” has given rise to the “Me Generation” and laid the groundwork for the “Lost Generation.”

This immigration bill is a pact for national suicide.

The only question is will pompous idiots like Lindsey Graham and John McCain stop drinking the Cool Aid in Washington and listen to “the loud people” that once trusted them and put them into office or follow Teddy Kennedy across the bridge to irrelevance?

The peasants with pitchforks are watching . . .
